How do I know which package is right for me?
We’ll help you choose the best fit based on your goals, capacity, and current stage. During our free strategy call, we’ll walk you through the options and suggest what works best for your brand — no pressure.
Can I request a one-time project instead of a monthly package?
Yes! We’re happy to support one-time projects as well. Just contact us directly with your idea, and we’ll get back to you with a custom offer.
Can I mix and match posts, reels, and stories?
Yes! Our custom packages are flexible. Just tell us what kind of content you want more or less of, and we’ll adjust the mix accordingly.
What does the client portal give me access to?
Your client portal is your personal hub. You’ll be able to view your content calendar, approve or suggest edits, track your progress, and message us anytime.
Do I need to provide my own photos or videos?
Not unless you want to. Every package includes a quarterly photoshoot (or more for premium packages), so we’ve got you covered with professional, brand-aligned content.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
We offer three contract options: 12 months, 6 months and flexible. With our flexible option, you can cancel monthly with a 30-day notice. The 6 and 12 month contracts run for their full duration, allowing us to create consistent and meaningful results together.
How do we stay in touch throughout the month?
We communicate via your client portal, email, and (if needed) WhatsApp. You’ll also receive monthly reports and quarterly review meetings to make sure everything’s still aligned.
Do you manage the comments and DMs too?
Engagement is included in all packages — we’ll reply to comments, monitor interactions, and make sure your brand feels active and present. DM management can be added if needed.
Can I customize my own package?
Absolutely. If none of the standard packages feel quite right, we’ll create one just for you. Just contact us and we’ll build a plan that matches your needs and budget.
